In 2011 I took a recently purchased used vehicle to the Lincoln store for an estimate for work on the front and rear "Bumpers" which are actually fiberglass. Their estimate was less than 1/3 of that quoted by a major shop in Lincoln. The work was done promptly and the results were very satisfactory. In 2014, I once again went to the Lincoln shop to have both "Bumpers" given the same treatment but without the repair work which was done on the original job. The person who does estimates was absent that day and a worker from the back came out and wrote up the job, never showing me what he had written and told me I would hear from them. In a short period of time I was called by the receptionist who advised me that the cost would be nearly double that of 2011. I declined and told her that it was too much of an increase to which she replied, "Well, costs have gone up". I intend to return soon at a time when the estimator is present to see what the outcome of that discussion will be. I have absolutely no complaint about the quality of work or the cost of the 2011 job and have been completely satisfied with that. The 3 stars reflects only the current contact.
