I have lived here at superior place apartments in Lincoln,Ne since October 2023. I think people should know what your getting into before you move to these apartments.
1. They don't clean the carpet after previous residents move out.
2. They don't tell you or is it written in lease that you be required to pay an extra $10.00 a month for what they say is insurance even though you might have renters insurance.
3. if you need a garage they don't have any that don't have water in them and they are unwilling to give any kind of discount..I have 3inches of water in my garage
I have a very nice Truck and I need a garage..I had to hold off on moving my truck here and might have to find a different place for my truck until MAYBE they have one?I have asked for one that dont have water in it we will see if that's even possible. I will be moving out at the end of my lease if they don't have one besides the extra $100 a year for the reem fee.
4. if there is a problem with washer or dryer they have a company that takes care of that I've been waiting for 3weeks now for them to fix the dryer that will not take any quarters.
5. all mail packages go to the front office..They seem to be gone more than they are there.

I will say the Apartments are decent and they are all electric so no gas bill and the management is ok but that's all I can honestly say about Superior Apartment on 14th and superior Lincoln and I would advise looking else where to live..
