My roommate and I have only lived here for 4 months, and can't wait for our contract to end. There are so many problems with the apartment themselves and the management. The apartments wouldn't be so terrible if it wasn't for the bug infestation when we first moved in and the broken screen doors and windows, and the broken buzzer which goes off anytime anyone uses their own, and the unusable fireplace and the constantly running toilets and the cabinetry which is falling from the ceiling. All to which they have not fixed or was told not to worry about it. You can hear the tv of your next door neighbor and the upstairs dog walking on the floor. If you cook anything the stench in the hallways will last for weeks. Anytime anyone in this complex uses water, it makes an awful noise through your apartment.



Also if you plan to park in front of your apartment, good luck. During the day the employees take up the parking spots and at night people are parking alongside the street and double parking to where leaving in the morning is impossible. I wouldn't mind walking a few buildings but when it's 11pm and the nearest parking spot is 5 complexes away, that's an issue. Since I have lived here there has been a fatal shooting, two break ins and my roommates car brakes have been cut, all to which the apartment management has not bothered to notify it's residents about. Oh but they do have security... One man in a truck who drives around between this apartment complex and three others, so the chance of him responding to a call when you need him is slim, we know, we've tried. Also if you have any late fees or your neighbor is getting their power shut off, the management will so kindly tape those notices to the front door entrance for all to see instead of your personal mailbox.



Management is another story. All apartment complex managements are hard to deal with but this one is special. They have lied to us numerous times about rent and the due date and will not take responsibility for when they have lied. The are rude and will give you the run around until you finally agree. We have never caused a problem and are usually pretty quiet.



These apartments are so frustrating and definitely not worth it. I am sorry I ever referred anyone here.
