CenterPointe offers various programs and services to assist people with mental health and substance use problems in attaining healthier and more productive lives. It offers transitional housing and residential treatment for adults 19 years and above, with severe and persistent mental illness and substance dependence. Its services include individual, group and family counseling, recreational therapy, case management and psychiatric services. It also provides residential services to youth 13- to 18-years of age with substance use and mental health disorders. It also offers case management services specifically designed for adults 55-years and older with substance use and mental health disorders. The center additionally provides adult and youth outpatient treatment and adult day rehabilitation services. CenterPointe is located in Lincoln, Neb.
