  • Mary Kay's practice focuses on the mediation and litigation of family law matters, including: parenting plans, divorce, custody, paternity, child support and the modification and enforcement of domestic relations orders. Recognizing the destructive nature of litigation, Mary Kay focuses on resolving matters without the need for Court intervention. Mary Kay is trained as a mediator and has been approved by the Office of Dispute Resolution as a Parenting Act mediator. She is also a Specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution mediator, which allows her to provide mediation services in cases involving domestic abuse. Mary Kay represents clients before the Social Security Administration, who due to accident, illness or mental health challenges, are unable to maintain employment because of their disability. Mary Kay assists clients with their applications to obtain Social Security disability insurance benefits, social security income, child dependency benefits, and disabled widow/widower benefits.
