Provided by YPmobileIt was clean I have two dogs and that was know probably for them. They let me know where the pet area was to go at and had the thing to pick up the mess with. It was nice to be talk to they were friendly. Was asked if I need anything else. The only thing was the people over head don't know how to walk they stumped they feet in the morning. Wish people would learn how to walk and get over them self. Thank you.

Provided by YP.comI would give this a zero rating if it were possible. I had stayed at this motel a few times before (the last time, very recently). I called to make a reservation. The lady that answered asked for all of my information and then told me someone would call later to confirm reservation--then she hung up. I was trying to call the motel back, when I got a call on my message machine saying I shouldn't have given my information to the woman that answered the phone. I called and the employee asked if I wanted a reservation. She said that a lady that worked at the hotel across the street was doing laundry in the Best Western Crown Inn and answered the phone and took my information. I asked for the manager--at once. I was told--not possible. So I asked for a call within the hour. Didn't happen. I cancelled my credit card and reported this to anyone who would listen. I called the gentleman at the hotel across the street (I was told by employee that he owned both hotels). This gentleman said the woman who had taken my call had managed hotels herself and he referred to her as his aunt. He did admit she was not his aunt. He made some lame excuses and said my credit card had not been compromised. Then a few hours later, the assistant manage of the motel called me--she said she had tried all afternoon, but did not have the right number to call me at. Strange, the other employee had no trouble calling here. This is only part of the story. It is so unbelievable that no one would believe it if I posted the whole thing. The assistant manager apologized for what had happened, but would not apologize for what happened before she was brought into it--because she had gone home early for the day and was not on the location when it happened. Oh my. I called Best Western Customer care. I was told by a Crown Inn employee that a report had been filed on this with the head of Best Western--not. The customer care lady opened a file and said that the motel had 7 days to respond. OK . This is what I would tell my best friend.---Don't stay at this motel or the motel across the street. The Americinn, I am waiting to hear if the wonderful "Aunt" of the owner--or whatever he is of this motel has used my credit card. It has been cancelled and the bank has been notified. Thank you--whoever reads this.
