Provided by YP.comTook my year and a half Goldendoodle for grooming. Not only did they ignore my requests on how to cut her, the cutting that they did was uneven and very poor work. She is a non-shedding dog, and I have never had issues with shedding. After picking her up, there was significant amounts of hair that was still falling off of her from the cut she received. There was still areas that were dirty after the bath as well. This was quite simply the worst grooming that I have ever experienced. The only positive from the entire experience was the friendliness of the staff. This hardly makes up for the poor performance in my opinion. I will never recommend Nebraska Animal Medical Center for grooming to anyone.
This was by far the worst grooming experience I have ever experienced.

Provided by YP.comBy far some of the worst customer service I have received. Their office manager sent a bill to an old address of mine and I never received this. Instead of calling me (even though the office had my phone number), she sent me to collections! I have been a long-standing loyal customer and this is how they ultimately treat you...like you do not matter at all.
Once I received to collections notice, I contacted her and she was curt and abrupt. I even noted to her that she seemed especially defensive and I was unsure why she was responding in this way. A customer should not have to counsel staff. As well, even though I had paid, they were unwilling to release information about my dog because of this "hold" on my account that should have been removed months ago.
It's unfortunate...their vets are good, but the way they manage a business is NOT kind or compassionate in any way. I would advise taking your beloved pet to another office who can communicate appropriately and effectively, as well as actually value their customers. We pay a lot of money to keep our pets well. Place your money with those who will value you and are committed to your business with them.
Do not go here.

Provided by YP.comThis place has very good veterinarians but their counter staff are incompetent. First they put medication in the wrong cats profile, then said I didn't pay for the medication when I have the receipt saying I did pay it. Then on top of that I order 6 months of flea medication and they didn't tell me that you have to wait to get it filled so I show up and they say it's going to be a few hours till it's ready so I leave and 40 minutes later they call me saying it's ready. Then to top it all off they didn't tell me that my cats are in different weight classes so they have to have different flea medication dosages so I still didn't get all the medication that I went to pick up. Seriously they need to get their crap together.

Provided by YP.comI have a lot of mixed feelings about this clinic.. I think the doctors are great and I have always had wonderful experiences with the kennel staff and the friendly receptionists, but this clinic definitely feels like sometimes all they care about is money. Not only did they just increase their prices again, but I have also had a few problems with their manager. There have been a couple times after visiting the clinic for boarding and for exams, I have had a couple questions about my bill that I wanted clarified, and after leaving a few voicemails for their office manager, Alicia, I never got a call back. I felt like I was just being ignored so I went in to the clinic, and after asking the receptionist if I could talk to her, she went through a doorway to talk to her, and I heard the women say that she was too busy. The poor receptionist came back to the front very apologetic and helped me figure out my bill and fixed the problem for me. I felt so bad for the receptionist that the manager would put her in that uncomfortable position, but she handled it very well. Also, I love that they have such long hours on the weekends, but there have been multiple times when I am there to pick up my dogs on the weekend that it is super busy and there are 5 or 6 people in line in front of me and only one receptionist trying to help everyone as fast as she can. I know she is doing her best, but I still have to end up waiting 10-15 mins to be helped.
Overall, I love the doctors and my dogs love the daycare, so I will continue to come to the clinic but I only when it is absolutely necessary and I hope to never have to deal with the manager again.

Provided by YP.comI have sent two emails asking the same basic and simple questions about day care services. I sent the first email on 8/30/12 and the second on 9/6/12 and have never received a respond. Not good business practice in my opinion. I emailed them back today asking them to ignore my previous emails. Something tells me this will not be a problem.

Provided by YP.comI love this pet clinic! They are the total one-stop pet center. I take my dog here for her veterinary services, grooming, training, boarding and doggie day care. The staff is super caring and accommodating, they know my dog by name when she comes in. I was hesitant to go here at first as I heard they were more expensive, but I've found that to be the opposite, many services are cheaper or at least similar to other vets I've had in the past.
They offer emergency service 24/7/365, I've only had to call in for an emergency once, but they were really responsive and made sure that my pet was well taken care of through the whole ordeal.
If you need a new vet, I am big fans of both Dr. Frey and Dr. Pretzer, but the whole staff there really cares about pets.
They take a wide variety of payments and work pet insurance companies.

Provided by YP.comThis is my favorite vet in Lincoln. I've been to a few of them. My cat is super sensitive about her vet. If she doesn't like vet, she will pee on them. If she does, she'll be calm and allow the exam to go with barely a meow. The vets here were so nice and calm. They answered all of my questions and allowed me to make my own decisions about my cat's treatment.
