Unhappy result

I called Raynor Doors due to a broken spring. A nice young man said he wouldn't recommend repairing but replacing with a better product at a higher price. He didn't have the items he needed on his truck but he could return later that day. In the meantime he would try to make the door functional. That didn't work. Due to a serious illness I couldn't respond to their calls expediently regarding the repair of this door so the company billed me for an estimate and a failed stop-gap measure. Basically there was no value for my money except to learn that this is not a company with whom I will do further business. I will find someone else to repair this door.

Excellent--Pioneer Overhead Door Inc.

I have had several occasions to deal with this company, I have always had courteous service, willingness to answer all my questions. I would heartily recomment this business to any one who is looking for a garage door.
