I have never taken a cab with a minimum fare over $3...in any city, and this company uses a $5.50 minimum fare. My total fare from downtown to my apt was more than double what I have ever paid for Happy Cab. The driver was very nice, however I will never be using this company again due to their outrageous prices. I hope the one-time asinine overcharge was worth the loss of all my future business and recommendations.

We have used this service for several years for our mother who is wheelchair bound. They are usually right on time and always treat our mother with respect. On major holidays they are very busy and can run late. We try to accept this with the understanding that it is a major holiday!
