If I could give negative stars I would. First off I brought my deceased dog in to be cremated was charged an amount at drop off. When I was told she was ready, I came in and was told I was undercharged and had to pay more. They told me the paw print was burned and they would make it right and special for me and call when it was done. Almost a month later I received it. The print was made up of someones fingerprints. Dr. Otto doesn't want to admit of any wrong doing.

When my dog was injured it had me really scared. The injury wasn't too serious but I could tell that she was in a lot of pain and needed proper attention to avoid infection. Superior Veterinary Care gave her the treatment she needed and information I needed to keep up on her well being. I appreciate all your help.

It's always hard to lose a pet. I know it was for me but the concern and care that the staff at Superior Veterinary Care gave me made me feel a lot better about the whole situation. Thank you so much for everything you've done for me, I will never forget it.

Superior Veterinary Care is great ! From the friendly knowledgeable staff to the inexpensive prices they are the best. They nursed my little Sasha right back to health. I just want to tell you guy's thanks so much and to keep up the good work.

My Lexie got top of the line care. They nursed her back to good health and I am so thankful for that. The staff in the office were very helpful, nice & friendly. I will recommend anyone to Superior Veterinary Care.

This is by far the best animal hospital I have been to. It's very clean and the staff is wonderful in helping out with any questions or concerns. I had to take in my dog for surgery and this was the place that was recommended an acquaintance So, I went in for the consultation, I met with the doctor (Dr. Otto), and we discussed what needed to be done and how the surgery will go. He took some blood samples but did not try to pressure me into anything extra. And even if he did have some extras he asked me first what I thought about it. In the end, all went great.

I was very pleased with the entire staff at Superior Vet. Due to their love and compassion for animals, they made the last days of Dr. Pinks (my cat) life, as comfortable as possible. If I am ever in need of a vet I will definitely be going here. Thanks.

We've worked with several of the staff, and they're all equally friendly, caring, and gentle. The support staff is amazing too--quick to serve and true animal lovers.

Dr. Otto is very talented. His staff is incredible. He treats my pets with incredible love and attention (acts like their his very own buddies). He is not only kind, but extremely knowledgeable. He is willing to take the extra effort and time to ensure proper diagnosis and reviews all of the potential treatments. He understands how important the smaller members of your family are.

This is my favorite vet clinic. I understand the importance of finding a great vet who truly cares for your pet. This is the place. I recommend them to all of my pet clients. My dog LOVES Dr. Otto He has helped her tremendously. He even diagnosed her food allergy and she is very grateful. The staff is amazing and Sammi loves them. They are so patient and pleasant with her. I'm sure it helps that she is the cutest Bull Terrier ever, but they are always happy to see her. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Superior Veterinary Care is the most trusting doctors I know for my dog. Ive been coming here for years and just love their service!

I have been taking both my cats to Dr. Otto for over a 2 years now and he has done a fantastic job in their health care. Dr. Otto helped us remove a blood blister from inside of one cat's ear and continually treat the other cat's auto-immune condition. He and his staff have always been clear and conscice about what is being done, why it's being done and how much everything costs. I (or my cats) never got that type of attention at NAMC or Clocktower.



Dr. Otto (and his staff) will remain my "go to" vet for years to come.

This is the vet to come to for quality service. And with that comes an honest one. This is the best vet that I have seen. Most importantly is one that I can afford. The prices are specially lower. Highly recommend that you bring your cats and dogs.

Dr has taken care of my cat for a few years now and I am very glad. So of all the vets I've seen he has been fair and honest and very affordable. My cat is very healthy thanks to this kind and gentle doctor. I would recommend to anyone.

Just wanted to tell you THANK YOU again for taking your time to see us in your lunch hour!! I don't know what we would have done without you all! It's too bad we don't live in Lincoln anymore and cannot see you more often. You're the best!
