Last fall we contracted Window Pros to redo the siding on our house and a contract was signed. Work was delayed for various reasons. Once work began the original crew had to be replaced. We were told originally that the work would take ten days to two weeks.Work was not finished until early December. Early this spring several sections of trim came off the house. We called to have them replaced in early to mid April. The company who put up the siding came by and replaced one section of siding in late April. They promised to come back to put up the other piece as soon as their 'tall ladder' got back in town. This is early July and we are stilll waiting. We have contacted Garth Bornschlegl, of window Pros on numerous ocassions and received numerous promises that the repairs will be made.But we are still waiting.



We had also contracted to have new gutters and down spouts put up. We were waiting for the trim to be put back up prior to putting up the gutters. At this rate the gutters may never be put up.



Garth has been paodin full for allofthe work that we contracted for.



We have recently found that it is difficult getting in touch with Garth directly.

On July 5, 2007 Garth Bornschlegl of the Window Pros sold me 18 Nova Star Windows. The bank somehow released my 18,000 and he received this prior to the end of July. It is now almost 1 yr later and Bornshlegl has NEVER made good on his promises to put in my windows and then when that failed, he failed to give me a refund once he couldnt produce the windows. I have been cheated out of $18,000 by this man and his company and am extremely upset that this loser wont give me any satisfaction. I have since hired another company to install my windows which were Simonton and Im EXTREMELY happy with their performance. Bornschlegl continues to stall in the return of my money which was promised IN WRITING to me during November 2007. Dont buy windows from this company. They dont even rate a star.
