I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been here about 4 times for a pedicure and every time the owner is pushy and rude. She suggests having a manicure with your pedicure and when I politely declined, she continued to push. The last few times I have only gone in to get my eyebrows done, and each time I am scolded for doing them myself and only coming once a month.



The worst experience was just yesterday. I went in to get my eyebrows done, and was not greeted with even a "Hello, how are you?" much less a smile. She pointed a a chair and as I sat down she asked how she could help me. I said "I would like my eyebrows done." She proceeded to get everything ready while not saying anything to me, did my eyebrows quickly and shooed me out the door. While she was doing my eyebrows, another lady came in, who was greeted warmly with lots of polite conversation.



I have never been treated with worse customer service at any place and most certainly will not be returning. There are much better places in Lincoln and I would suggest you do the same.

I received my education from this school and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. The experience I received was fabulous. The instructors were great and the best to learn from. I highly recommend this school for services or for an education!!
