It's just a utility like anything else but when the rates go up I'm like....come on it's hard enough. I called and that did nothing...

Great company and service! They have consistently given us great service, the staff is friendly. We have been their customers for over 35 years.

Great service! They called me back a couple of times to help me get a dumpster delivered to my house. Very nice employees. Thanks again!!

Never have had a problem with Uribe. They show up every Thurdsay morning to collect my garbage. They send bills in plenty of time to resolve questions before payment is due.



I love the automatic payment option. Sure would be neat if it were "auto magic". Thanks Uribe!

I'm very disappointed in their customer service. I wanted to sign up for auto magic payments so I sent in the form with that months payment. They said the next bill would be automatically taken out. Then I got the next bill with a late fee added and paid that over the phone and was told it should be on autopay after this payment. Then received another bill with late fee added. My husband talked to them twice I talked to them one we were told by them DO NOT pay this bill until they get our auto payment paperwork figured out and they would contact us. I didn't hear from them instead I got turned into collections. We tried to pay this bill 3 times. I have never paid a bill late in my life, my credit score is in the high 700's. SO Disappointed and angry. I would go elsewhere if I were you.
