Very good people to deal with I'm so happy I bought a car from big mike auto sales. They offer me warranty on the car thanks Mike and susie

If I can keep one person from buying a car here, then I'll know this review was worth it:



Big Mike sold me a LEMON and I find it hard to believe he had no idea the issues this vehicle had. He assured me time and time again that he has a mechanic who has looked at all of his cars and all are good to go. I bought a car and drove to Chicago to find out that the breaks went out. I replaced all 4 brakes within a week of buying the car. Fast forward 3 weeks, 3 tires blew and all 4 ball joints needed replacing. The car started to make numerous noises to which my mechanic informed that they weren't 1. new noises and 2. had most likely been covered up.



No one at the business will return phone calls, shocker. The day I was at the shop choosing a car, a customer returned to Mike, upset, saying that they no longer wanted the vehicle because it had so many problems. Mike told him, "Oh well". I should have left right then and there.



I will forever urge my Michigan family and friends to AVOID!

He is not honest he does not disclose what is wrong with the vehicle I will never buy from him again I spent 1100 fixing a vehicle from him
