I almost didn't go here because I saw all the negative reviews but they must have really improved since they were written! (Or I just went when an EXTREMELY good employee was working.) It was yesterday late evening and it was my first time there. The employee was super helpful and patient while showing me how to load the card and how to work the machines. Into the bathroom numerous times with no complaints and it looked pretty clean. The entire place was really clean. I had about ten loads to wash and dry and when I finished I was very tired. I brought the first load out to my car and before I could go back in for the next one the employee and a nice customer helped bring out my remaining 9 loads. This was a really big deal to me and went way above and beyond great customer service! I will definitely not be going anywhere else from now on!

well i would say its clean and has up to date machines. The girls there are very nice. Its reasonably priced. It has drop off service also. they are alittle different in as they use a store card to run all the machines. which i love it. it cost a dollar for card and you keep it and then whenever you come back you just load card up like a debit card. Awesome i liked it cause i dont have to mess with coins. Overall i love this place :)
