I have waited for almost two weeks for these people to repair my appliance. They keep putting me off saying they can't find the part at a reasonable price. When I spoke with them they said they would refund the money I paid them for the repair, but would deduct the service call. That makes no sense to me. I want the appliance repaired. If they can not get the part, why should I pay them for a service call, since there was no service performed!? Do really have to leave a star?
