This has to be the BEST home healthcare equipment provider in New Jersey! They helped my family tremendously. The respiratory therapists are very current with treatments and advanced knowledge. Their customer service department is extremely courteous and explain every step of the process perfectly.We had two different drivers deliver equipment to us and they were fabulous! Each explained the equipment to us until we understood perfectly. They even make handouts that teach every piece of equipment!! They had a lot of patience and were very kind. In a time like this, Access 2 Care went above and beyond the normal business relationship to make us feel comfortable and truly appreciated. They gave us their 888 number (888-320-7929) to call ANYTIME and we were able to have our questions answered within a few minutes.Access 2 Care really does a GREAT JOB and I would like to let everyone know that!Thanks Access 2 Care!
