I went to eyes on Lincoln with my mom who is 86 years old and has problems with her eyes. The doctor was wonderful and I made sure that her prescription was perfect. It took a couple of adjustments to these lenses but they were wonderful about it, very caring and focused on the customer being happy. Now my mom can do her word search puzzles that she cuts out of the paper every night! She can now see them perfectly! When we picked up her glasses Monique helped us and she is always so upbeat and sweet! She always greets you with a smile! Eyes on Lincoln is very lucky to have her! She takes her time with you and makes sure that you're 100% happy and truly cares about each customer! We also have the pleasure of meeting Courtney who I have spoken to on the phone before and she also is very kind and she helped me get my mom out to the car when my mom was having trouble walking. This was an unexpected courtesy that Courtney went above and beyond to help us! It was so appreciated! I spoke to Mary on the phone and she is a pleasure to talk to! When you go to this office you never feel rushed and every employee there is kind, patient, and very professional
