Let me start off by saying that if I could rate a negative star I would have. geesh, where do I start? Well the owner Eric Yeghian has been incarcerated for bank bribery, the property manager is rude, and likes to play mind games. Eric is a slumlord that puts his tenants in dangerous situations. Properties all over ri and mass. He wanted a well patched up and was told not safe and he didn't care, We live with toxic mold that has destroyed our property and has gotten my self very sick and also our pets. We will be seeking a personal injury lawyer. the last tenants prior to us are also suing Vikon properties. The town has told us that he is like this to all his properties. It's a shame to pay money to live in inhabitable conditions and the owner has no respect for humanity as long as hes making money. They threaten to throw you out when you ask to fix something. When you call your code enforcer and the landlord finds out they try to evict you. it's a cruel cycle by these people and I'm not the only one with this complaint. please dont get yourself tangled up with these horrible people and take your hard earned money somewhere else who will treat you better. dont fall for their lies, you will lose. thankfully we found good representation and have evidence for all we been through.
