Every time we go there they never get the order right .are its over cooked don't order the chicken tenders they will break your teeth...

Service was fast but order was Wrong . I ordered two hamburger trays one with mustard only and one with mustard chilli and onions and what did I get. One yes with mustard and then other with mustard and ketchup. NO CHILLI OR ONIONS. I SPENT 13.25 THERE TO HAVE MY ORDER WRONG. I have always loved cookout i go all the time but everytime I get a VANILLA shake they give me banana shake and it's getting old if you want to keep the people try and do a better job by getting everything right

First of all fyi I am a foreigner and a legal green card holder. I went with my son to try the food there and I was really disappointed with the customer service, not courteous at all especially the cashier who served us at 11:10am on July 21, 2015. The food was alright but I don't intend of going there ever again. If your restaurant only serve locals please put up a big sign that inform potential customers, thank you.

Got raw meat first try, second time got complete wrong order, tried them once more and ordered chicken quesadilla came out no meat, only cheese with bacon ranch wrap as side and no ranch on it, and ordered light on ice but both cups full...never trying again!!
