The whole place is corrupt...They take one step forward then two steps back...internal conflicts all the time...Most of the office personnel are unprofessional.

At this point, I would not consider purchasing any products from Leeboy. In December of 2013, we purchased a new Leeboy, 3000 Force Feed Loader to replace our old Athey. It has been nothing but trouble since. Minor issues, that is, until a serious incident happened in April 2015, when the unit suffered a catastrophic failure by having the differential mount break and the rear end almost separated from the vehicle. We took the unit to a local repair facility and they identified issues with the design. We submitted a corrective design to Leeboy and they refused to look at it. They knew about the manufactures defect and offered up a "band aid" fix to this serious and dangerous issue. With extremely poor support for their product, I feel I could have better spent our $183,350 on a different product with far superior maintenance support. Additional items we've had issues with include: original feed belt was extremely poor quality. Replacement belt lasting longer but still loosing cleats' poor design/metal on the wing blades, throat blade. Replaced at least three times. So all in all, a poor product with horrible product support. Rating 1 star.
