My experience here was amazing. Nadia is so kind and so good at her job. The entire staff was so friendly. Before coming here, I went to 6 different furniture stores; all the furniture looked the same and did not fit my style. When I walked into Domicile, I finally felt like I had found a place that not only suited my style but was functional and affordable at the same time. The pieces here are so beautiful and one-of-a-kind, and the price points are amazing. I was SO HAPPY to find this place. I will only be going here from here on out.

Bought a couch with a chase. The cushions have buttons on them and they kept popping off. I called for repair and the sales person (Nadia) gave me such an attitude, arguing with me about it. Finally sent the paperwork to get the buttons fixed. It was 10 pages long. I had to write out an essay on why I wanted it fixed. Horrible customer service. And I even got the extended warranty and this is how they treat a customer. Will never shop there again. They don’t stand by their work and are very rude!!!!!! Furniture doesn’t hold up. It’s cheap I wouldn’t waste my time or money going there. I’ve learned my lesson.. I hope this will help you make a better decision than I did.

DO NOT SHOP AT DOMICILE!!!

First: In January, I bought a couch and a loveseat. A throw pillow was missing but they said they would ship me one. After many angry phone calls, that pillow did not arrive until 5 months later in mid May!

Second: In March, two months after I bought the couches, one of the arms of the couch broke. I called and they said they'd ship me a new couch. After nearly 3 MONTHS of waiting, the replacement came but guess what, IT WAS THE WRONG COUCH! So at this point, I told them to take everything back and to give me a refund.

Third: They agreed to refund my money and assured me I would get my refund within 72 hours. 5 days go by and I still don't have my refund. I call again, demanding my money back, and they said that it will take an additional 48 hours. Two more days go by AND STILL NO REFUND. I finally got my money back 9 days later.

Do not shop at Domicile Furniture. They will jerk you around and have you wait ridiculous amounts of time. Terrible experience, I will never go back and I STRONGLY advise anybody to shop for furniture anywhere but Domicile Furniture.

It is a little hard to find at first. I ended up having to call them and get directions, but they were nice about it.

When you get there it is a little overwhelming. There is so much stuff. I found my arm chair in the clearance section. The best part was how easy it was pick it pay and go. Once i found what I wanted they took care of everything quickly.

I will be going back next time i need new furniture.

I held off writing my review until my furniture was delivered. I had seen a lot of bad reviews but my friend said to go anyway.

I've been trying to furnish my new place without going to Ikea. The stuff I got was in my budget and super cute!

Dishonest business practice

Horrible and dishonest would best describe my experience with domicile. They lied about return policy and then wouldn't refund money. After taking a store credit they will not let me use it's balance. At this point we are seeking legal action against them. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS BUSINESS YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED. Lastly, shop around because I found all the merchandise I wanted cheaper on-line and at Roy's in Chicago.

Nice store, terrible service

I ordered a couch on 3/24/13 and was told delivery would be in 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks later I called back to see what the status was. At this point it was obvious to us and them that a problem with the order was made on their end, although why they didn't call us and let us know of the problem I have no idea. 2 weeks of trying to get an answer and then they said the order would be fixed and we would have to wait an additional 6 weeks. Now it is July 12 (16 weeks) and I still have no idea when my couch will arrive.

2 Months for replacement couch since the frame was damaged

Ordered a couch from Domicile and it had structure issues with the legs. They did send out a repair man and he attempted to correct the leg issue, turned out to be a frame issue. They ordered a new one which took 2 months to receive, when I received the replacement it was the incorrect arm chaise. Wini at the Lunt store would only give 10% off the cost of the couch or 40% back if I returned the old and new couch, since the one was used. Such a scam! I will NEVER do business with them again!

Huge Selection of furniture & Hand made Rugs .

Simply Great service , Great Prices on great selection of Furniture. New Area rugs clearance section has thousand of Hand Made Rugs at throw away prices .

DO not do business with this company

I was over sold when I purchased my furniture from Domicile. It took them 8 weeks to deliver the sofa which was told would be delivered in 4-5 weeks. It took over 11 weeks to deliver a bed that was, as they claimed, made in California (yea right). Do not do business with this place unless you have 3 months to plan to replace your furniture. What a head ache!

This place is awesome!

This place is awesome! I got great deal on a dark brown cool looking Italian sofa, cool stainless steel coffee table (heard it was starred in a movie!), and a cool dining set which was featured in another TV show. Totally unique and high style. The price couldn’t be lower. The sales guy Karim was really helpful and the furniture was delivered on time. All the staff I encounter at Domicile was very courteous and professional. I give it five stars!

Love my new sectional sofa from Domicile!

Got my white Italian leather sectional delivered yesterday. My living room looks fabulous now! Cannot wait to invite my friends over for the house warming party! Thank you Domicile! Thank you Nadia --- she was very knowledgeable on furniture and interior design, and extremely patient while I couldn't decide which sofa to choose from for the whole afternoon (that happens when you got too much choices, isn't it?) Great shopping experience! The store was very impressive --- it is even prettier than their photos on Google, filled with beautiful furniture. My first expression as I walked in was WOW. Seriously, I’ve never seen a furniture store as nice as this one before. The owner must’ve put a lot of effort. Fast delivery --- my sofa was delivered in two days, can you believe that? I never shop cloth or furniture on line, one reason is you lose the fun part of shopping; the other reason is waiting for the item to be shipped from who knows where it is (totally painful). Interior Designer's Choice of Furniture Store

I am an interior designer and their furniture is almost in all of my projects, and I recommend this store to many of my clients. --- Why? I love their large selections, wide range, reasonable price, good quality, and excellent customer service. Not long ago I had a client who was moving in town from out of state, I looked at several furniture stores for a nice Italian Leather sectional and I found the ideal Gamma sofa on their showroom floor. The price was unbelievable low compare to the other stores. It was a short notice and they did the delivery the same night. I was so grateful of what they did, because the very next day the historical snow storm shut down the entire city, and my client wouldn't have anything to sit for a couple of days. So these are real nice people work there. AND their store is very pleasant to walk through --- I mean it is such a beautiful and unique furniture store!

Horrible Customer Service

We purchased a very expensive sectional in November of 2010. The sectional was delivered as stated, but we realized that the clamps were missing. The repair company stated that Domicile needed to order the clamps and we would be contacted in 4 weeks once they were delivered by the manufacturer.That was in December. February 2011 rolls around and still no word from Domicile. We contacted them and was assured that the someone would contact us the following Monday. The following Monday comes and goes. No word. Another week goes by and yet again, I place a call for service. The Domicile rep states he will contact me the following Monday with an answer on the clamps. The following Monday comes and again no word. I call again leave 3 messages. No call back. I have yet to receive a call back and our clamps. This company has the worst customer service and I will most likely not shop there again.

what a joke

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service. The staff does not call back, even when managers are talked to.Go somewhere else to buy your furnature, the whole staff from delevery to management stinks,they don't even get a star, but i have to put one.

Horrible Service and Late Deliveries

Buyer beware...I wish I had read reviews before I bought my sofa at this place. The bad ratings were right on. This place sucks! The sofa was 4 weeks late (after an 8 week wait) and no one bothered to call me. I had to call twice a week or more to get information and updates. No one ever returned my calls even when I left specific messages. Then the delivery guy left my sofa in the foyer because he "couldn't get it up the stairs". My friends got it upstairs in 5 minutes! I called to complain and they didn't seem to care. I hate this store and its staff. I discourage anyone from buying anything there. Please read other similar reviews if you don't believe me.

Don't Listen to the Negative Reviews

I was somewhat put off by the negative reviews listed for this store, but they had exactly what I was looking for so I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. The product, service, and attitude that I encountered at the store could not have been better. The salesperson, Chad, with whom I dealt, was attentive, patient, and honest. The pricing I received couldn't be beat by ANYONE. Delivery was on time and my house looks great. Pros: Salesperson - Chad, Pricing, Merchandise Cons: Nothing
