I was introduced to Grossinger Autoplex by a personal friend, the friend didn't tell me what to expect. Wow!! seriously, I've been buying cars for over 30yrs and this the first time I've felt like I was joining a concerning group that was brought together to make my purchase and years of ownership a wonderful experience! From the management to the service Dept to the personal customer care personnel - I felt at ease and at home! Well done Grossinger Autoplex!

Nothing short of amazing! Kevin was courteous and knowledgable and made me feel like a VIP! Thank you to Jonathan Moscovitch from sales for making the connection!

It was a complete fiasco



I have been a customer at this location since 2011, and my last service will never make me come back ever again and this is why.



1. I've brought my car for an oil change i knew i needed a new bub light on left turn signal at the back of the car and my windshield wipers liquid was low.



after picking up my car they did not even change the bub light neither the windshield wipper liquid at all and the additional work done on the car that cost almost 600$ after my GMPP covers it and the problem still remains.



I wonder if they really done anything, I'm so deceived about their service and their new ways, I will never go back there.



I will bring my business elsewhere
