Drove all the way from Terre Haute, IN to the store, 8 hours round trip to get my degu babies. Ken the owner was super nice and knew tons of things to help me learn stuff. No high pressure sales and very friendly. Might have to start using his store a little more thank you again Ken.

I go past 3 other pet shops to get feeders weekly from the Animal store. The prices are a little high on some things, but I have been given good advice for our reptile collection, the owner knows what he's talking about.

I'm really disappointed in how this store cares for its animals. I'm very experienced with Chinchillas and other small mammals....their chinchillas had no hay or dust bathes, and very little room. From the looks of them, they were amateur bred which can cause all sorts of problems. They looked scruffy. Their response to my complaints was: its ok, they won't be here long enough.

Way over priced, fish always have problems, and the owner tries to sell you a pet membership card for discounts that really is just a scam.
