A family member used this company to list her house. When other realtors would call asking to look at her property, the agents from the I-20 Real Estate Team would tell the agents that they wouldn't want to look at the house because it smelled like smoke. Granted my family member used to smoke, but she hasn't smoked in that house for over 2 years. The house does smell a little closed in, but nothing so major as to steer agents away from looking at a property. This was totally unprofessional. How many potential buyers were scared away because this real estate company acted unprofessionally?!? This time around, my family is using another real estate company. One that hopefully works in the best of interest of the people they serve!
