Mr Miles is a great person to work with but some of his subcontractors have low standards and lack customer focus. The fence installer put up a painted black fence instead of the vinyl we asked for. Two of our rooms are hot in the summer and cold on the winter and the HVAC contractors answer is to open and close vents but it seems to me that the ductwork should have been run differently and not have 6 rooms on one line. He even stated that he would have run the ductwork differently if he had known one room would be an office with computers which made me wonder "why didn't he ask". We knew and we had told the builder one room would be an office.
