Mediacom is THE WORST provider...

Mediacom is THE WORST provider in Southern Alabama. I signed up for a one year contract and they somehow trapped me in a two year contract. I could not convince anyone I did not sign up for, despite it CLEARLY saying one year. The people at the Fairhope, AL office are utterly useless. The people on the national hotline are cold and callous. Even after speaking to a Supervisor, no one even tried to help me. I have no choice because I am in a place that uses them as the sole provider.



Their low starting rates were appealing, but they are NOT WORTH IT. My phone rang off the hook all day long looking for a guy I'd never heard of. Cable channel selection is terrible. I just paid the ridiculously overpriced cancellation charge just to be done with this garbage. They are crooks. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, USE ANYTHING ELSE.
