Air Creations completely renovated our old and inefficient heating and cooling system in the fall of 2011. The customer service, professionalism and the quality of work we experienced with Air Creations was outstanding. Curtis Sr., the owner, Curtis Jr. and everyone on the staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and kind. They took the time to explain the scope of the work in great detail and answer all of my questions. Not only did they make sure the job got done right, but they also made sure I had a complete understanding of everything that was going on. They offered great recommendations to fix the issues we were having and helped us make decisions that fit both our needs and our budget. They demonstrated a pride in their work and an honesty and integrity that is rare in the world today. Their communication was excellent and they came back as many times as it took to get the job done perfectly. I would highly recommend Air Creations for all your HVAC needs.

We used Air Creations to install a furnace and AC. They were competetively priced, very organized and very professional. They also quickly did all the paperwork that was needed for us to receive rebates.

Great plumber, amazing service. Suddenly this morning, we couldn't turn the hot water off -- total bummer. I called Rich's Plumbing , and he agreed to come by this afternoon. He came *exactly* when he said he would, and gave me an honest assessment of what was going on. He gave me three options for "treatment," ranging in cost -- and was completely cool when I took the cheap route. Long story short -- our hot water is off, and can actually be turned on and off in the shower at will (what a concept!) -- and all of this drama took place within the span of a day. And the fee for the fix was completely reasonable.

My company has been using Air Creations to service our largest commercial property for over 10 years. We have found them to be reliable and competitively priced and plan to continue using them for years to come.
