Really horrible experience with All State Van Lines. *Don't believe any of the reviews *you find on any other sites. Very unprofessional behavior.



We shipped LCL from US to India. It started off badly itself - We had to pay extra as their local carrier refused to pick up the boxes. We had to hire another local shipper to take our boxes to their warehouse. Next the shipment did not even leave for several weeks after being told an average of 8-10 weeks for delivery. It will be nearly 20 weeks by the time we actually have the shipment in hand.



We went with them as they said the shipment would arrive in Mumbai and all customs process would happen there. Instead of getting it in mumbai directly, it has been sent to Delhi before it ends up in mumbai. And now the shipment will arrive in the peak of the rainy season here. We have very* little hope *that this shipment arrives safely at this point



*Proper information about the process *was never given and no communication throughout the process unless you prod them. *Always waited till last moment *for surprise charges that one may have not budgeted for.* Lots of false promises*. When asked to rectify anything the standard answer was that they cannot do anything about it.* And now they have completely stopped responding.* You are told one thing and they actually do something else.



New update as of 8/15: Goods have finally arrived after 5 months instead of 2 after travelling through multiple destinations and changing hands several times along the way. Many boxes in beaten up shape even though we had used the heavy boxes from ULine. Some stuff is broken and one box is missing. We have paid for the insurance as suggested by them but now they have let us know that no insurance was purchased. And we are being refused a refund of the money paid for that.

Do not, under any circumstances, use this van line. They are unprofessional crooks. They are currently in my home. When they came, they insisted that my items weighed 2000 pounds more than the initial estimate. They asked for 60% of the new estimate before they would move anything. I am in a crunch and have to use them. They know this and are using it to their advantage. One barely speaks English. The other tow don't speak English at all so communication with them is impossible. They showed up in a rental truck with random all state t shirts on. If you want to get robbed, this is the company to use.

Moving from New Jersey to Moscow, Russia is a huge task especially when you have too many fragile things to be moved. I knew that I had to hire the best moving company in business because I had so many things to be moved but time and budget were two biggest concerns for me. But thanks to the team of all states van lines who gave their best during my move and accomplish the impossible. Even I was not expecting a perfect move but these guys did enough to surprise me. They are true champions.

I guess 2014 is going to a great year for me. I have just moved in to London, UK from New Jersey with a new job and high hopes. But it was not that easy to leave NJ. However, I had to use a good moving company to move my belongings to London. I had many things to be moved and there were few fragile but expensive items as well. I called many movers and finally hired all states van lines. They were not the cheapest but after discussing my move with their sales rep I was almost sure that these guys mean business. I was right about them. They have moved everything within the allotted time and there was nothing which bothered me. No damage done to anything, nothing was missing either and luckily they charged not more than the quoted amount. So, in the end I would like to recommend all states van lines for international moves.

I am so happy on All states van lines that I decided to recommend them and now I am doing that. I am recommending these movers for international moves. I took their service and I felt how a professional move should be executed. Movers showed that they have the solutions for all kind of problems. It was obvious that they knew what they were up against and they also knew how to fit their roles within the move. That is why I got a very easy and organized move all the way from New Jersey to Mumbai, India. I am recommending them because I am grateful for the service.

Last week I was the happiest person because of what happened to me. Last week I moved to Rome, Italy from New Jersey with my lovely wife and with the new job. It was a great feeling to move at Rome. But things could have been different if we used an ordinary moving company. We researched a lot before hiring the movers. We read reviews, asked many people and finally called several companies and after a very positive discussion with the sales rep of All states van lines we decided to go for their service. I booked their service and just hoping for the best. Their sales rep called me before their arrival just to confirm that we are ready for the move. Movers came on time with all necessary tools and moving trucks. They were very calm and quite. They did not waste any time. They carefully wrapped all the fragile items, did brilliant to manage heavy items and very carefully moved all our belongings to Rome. Everything went as smooth as possible.

These people shouldn't be allowed to operate! Someone should stop them before they destroy all people's properties.



They are so straw dumb they loaded our things in a 50ft truck that would not make the turn in from the highway, so they run over a neighbor's yard to make it to our front. Then they opened the door and SURPRISE! The doors were blocked by a old wooden cabinet nearly 8ft tall and on top of that really old and not sturdy thing there was a marble table upside down whose legs were blocked at the top of the side-doors! So what was the solution the have come up with? They had to squeeze it a bit as to unload the other people's furniture ( oh yes, they also decided that the "first stop" had to be squeezed in the middle, not at the back of the truck) which resulted in breaking the cabinet's legs and the worker's shoulder. THEN they broke the table's legs. And THEN the real surprises started as ALL AND EVERY ONE of our boxes were (a) trashed (b) stacked at weird angles like two fighting bears would have stacked them if they were trowing it to each other (c) in order that totally baffled me like "glasses at the bottom and five boxes of books and magazines on top to anchor it". NO DOCUMENTATION to check on delivery, no documentation of clearance from customs stating that all our boxes were there (it was an international shipment) NOTHING!!! And it was a miracle that only a few not really important things were broken, thanks to our amazingly meticulous packaging. If we had not used three boxes one inside the other where one was supposedly enough nothing would have survived!



Occasionally during the unloading which was done in a hasty fashion and without cross-checking the list and the numbers of the packages (again, these were goods cleared from customs so they were numbered, referenced and documented) we would discover things that were DEFINITELY someone else's, a 47" SONY PLASMA TV among those!!!



It has been over a month they delivered, we still are missing a lot of stuff we have no idea whether it is here or not, and (SURPRISE!) we are still waiting for the custom clearance papers we very specifically requested!



Stay away from them and their services or you might bitterly regret it!

I am not going to waste my time by lingering this comment. I used all states van lines couple of weeks ago for moving to Bangkok, Thailand from New Jersey. My experience with them was simply awesome. They charged a moderate price, delivered my belongings in perfect condition, completed the task within the schedule and did not give us a chance to complain. So, due to these valid reasons I suggest everyone to use this fine company.

To be very honest, I am more than impressed with the performance of All states van lines. First of all they were punctual and secondly they were excellent at what they did. I am sure the movers knew all the tricks of a successful move and that is why they managed my move fast and accurately. I have to appreciate their innovative ideas and commitment. Most importantly they were very careful with all my belongings and did not make a single mistake during our move to Singapore from New Jersey!

All states van lines is not a new name for me. I heard a lot about them from my Uncle. I used them for an international move (New Jersey to Malaysia) because they are the most efficient, reliable, cost effective, friendly and punctual and decorated movers. After taking their service and experiencing the best I recommend them for any kind of international moves. They have the ability to tackle all kind of tricky moves.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE OTHER REVIEWS as they were clearly written by the pople that own this sham company. A true and hostess review follows;We contracted with All States Van Lines for our move from Boston, Massachusetts to Panama City, Panama Their price was the best and they promised a good packing and move and that our good would arrive close to the time that we arrived here in Panama City. We dealt exclusively with Mr. Michael Stein, who apparently is based in the New York/New Jersey area. On the day of the move, three Ukrainian men arrived to dissemble our furniture and begin packing our household goods. We paid the remainder of the amount we owed All States Van Lines and also paid $450 to insure our goods against damage. This was all paid by check, which All States later cashed. The agreed total cost of our move was $7441, which breaks down to $5995 for shipping, $995 for packing and $450 for insurance. Right off the bat, the moving team began pestering my wife for a "tip" at the end of the day. I had to leave to attend an event and in my absence the leader of the group began to swear about me in my wife's presence because I had not left a "tip." I'm glad I did not cave into these thugs, because according to my neighbor they began angrily kicking around my boxes of goods as if they were soccer balls. They threw our furniture on to the back of the truck and left for New York that evening. When my goods arrived at our home in Panama we immediately noticed damages due to the poor packing and actual vandalism committed by All States' people back in Boston. We suffered at least $1500 in damages to our goods, as far as we can now determine and each day that passes we see more and more damage. The manager of the Panamanian company that performed the unpack told me that he had never seen such a careless job in packing… ever. I placed a call to Mr. Michael Stein from All States shortly after the unpack and he told me to file a claim against the shipping insurance. We never received any policy from him, despite their having fraudulently charged us $450 for said policy. Long story short - there never was any policy in effect. All States committed fraud when they collected money for a fictitious insurance policy. Now All States Van Lines refuses to reimburse us for our damaged/destroyed goods and even further refuses to return the $450 insurance premium paid for a policy that never even existed. They don't even answer emails anymore. All States Van Lines is a cancer and woe be to anyone who contracts them for a move.

I am not going to stretch my comment like others. I used All states van lines few days ago for my move. It was a huge move from New Jersey to Doha, Qatar. They had to pack, move and store all my belongings and they had to lift and move the heavy furniture and stuffs using the very narrow stair ways from the 6th floor. I was ready for some damage but nothing happened like that. Movers did extremely well to move all my stuffs at the right place within the allotted time and in one piece. I am really impressed and happy with their service.

I recommend All states van lines for international moves because they are the best movers I have ever used. Being honest I had no hopes whatsoever from them when I hired them because I never experienced good service from any other movers before I used All states van lines. But this time my story turned upside down. Movers came on time and dealt the entire move with great care and accuracy. There were some odds but nothing proved to be enough stopping them from delivering a picture perfect move. Actually these movers are perfectionists. They were more concerned than me and they did not stop until they ensured the safety of my goods. May be that is why I got such a stress free, fast and accurate move in the end.

They have recently moved us to Seoul, Korea from New Jersey. That move was super-efficient, stress free, damage free, tension free, smooth, neat and cost effective. Their movers were so keen to perform that we did nothing during the move. All went according to the plan. They made the delivery timely and charged a very moderate amount. It was actually a move which we did not bother at all!

Still I can’t believe what I have seen! I have many bad experiences with other movers. But last week when I moved out of USA, I used all states van lines and that was one of the best decisions of my life. Movers came on time and they were well equipped with all necessary tools. Packed my things with great care, moved to Mexico, also made sure that nothing is missing or damaged. They were friendly and at the same time very professional. I am really happy with their service. I would surely recommend all states van lines to everyone I know.

I was not sure initially about which company to use for my move to Belgium. But after discussing with their sales rep I made up my mind to use All states van lines. I guessed right about them. Their movers mean business. Everything went exactly how their sales rep projected me before the move. It was a timely, smooth and affordable move in the end.

It was hard to believe that finally I got a dream move! How that was possible? All credit goes to the movers for their extraordinary service and the sales guy for his excellent offer. When I called All States Van Lines I had very little expectation from them because I never had a good move in past. But this time I was more than just lucky. These movers did a terrific job for me. They arrived on time with all the necessary tools and then they wrapped, moved all my belongings to Izmir, Turkey from New Jersey without making even a minor mistake. I tried my best but I failed to find even a single error. To be very honest, they delivered 100 times better than what I was looking for. I am truly impressed and I wish them a very bright future.

I heard a lot about All states van lines. So, I used them for my most recent move. I hired them to move us from Orlando, FL to Barcelona, Spain and being honest they performed a lot better than what I was looking for. When I called at their office I spoke with their sales rep. He offered me a very lucrative deal and made sure that everything remains in order. Their movers arrived on time, did the packing, moving and storing effortlessly and completed the entire task a lot before than the allotted time. I checked the inventory and felt happy as anything because there was not a single mistake. I am also very happy with the amount they charged. I do recommend All states van lines.

i am not going to write an essay. let me put it straight. i used all states van lines few days ago while moving to Toronto from New Jersey. it was a long distance move and they had to deal with so many stuffs and few were very heavy and few were fragile. i was not expecting a timely and error free relocation with the budget that i had but thanks to the movers and the sales guy of all states van lines for a very timely, affordable, stress free and error free move. i do recommend all states van lines.

My wife and I were looking for a good mover. All states van lines did everything for us. They did exactly as promised. They were on time, less consuming, efficient and well mannered. They moved us to Paris from New Jersey without a hitch. Their movers and the sales team was so awesome that we did not even feel the move!! So, I am recommending All states van lines for international moves.
