WOW ASHELY FURNITURE WHAT A MOTTO, DON'T HATE ARTICULATE,,,,HOW CAN YOU NOT HATE A FURNTIURE STORE ,WHEN YOU LEAVE A 1200.00 DEPOSIT, AND THE STORE REFUSES TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK,, WHO HAS 1200.00 TO LEAVE IN A FURNITURE STORE , WELL THATS WHAT HAPPEN TO ME, BUT YOUR MOTTO SAYS DON'T HATE ARTICULATE,,HOW CAN YOU ARTICULATE WHEN YOUR UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE,,WHAT HAPPEN TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY, DON'T GIVE THE STORE A BAD NAME ,,,BUT ASHLEY MOTTO DON'T HATE ARTICULATE, WELL I HATE YOUR STORE,,, I'M HAVING GUEST FOR EASTER AND I HAVE NO FURNITURE IN MY LIVINGROOM , I SPOKE WITH TWO OF YOUR CUSTOMER SEVRICE REP/MGMT,, WADE AND MICHELLE THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS JUST A NUMBER , NOT A CUSTOMER WITH SERIOUS CONCERNS,,DID THEY HELP ME NO NOT REALLY , I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE SHOWROOM AND PICK SOMETHING ELSE , WE CANNOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY, OKAY ASHLEY FURNITURE WHAT WOULD YOU DO ,,I CAN'T HAVE AN EASTER DINNER IN MY HOUSE FOR MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE/MGMT DON'T CARE ,, I WOULND'T RECOMMEND YOUR STORE TO ANYONE ,,, I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT WHEN A CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY THE STORE TRYS TO UNDO THE DAMAGE AND MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY ,,,NOT ASHLEY FURNITURE, AS LONG AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND ITS LOCKED IN THEIR STORE , THEY DON'T CARE HOW YOU FEEL,,, WELL THANK YOU AGAIN ASHLEY FURNITURE I HOPE YOUR GUEST THAT COME TO YOUR HOUSE ON EASTER CAN SIT MY GUEST CAN'T I HAVE NO FURNITURE ,

Brian is a great person. He was very patient when we visited the store more than once in search of our perfect bed room set. He gave prices for multiple sets, to help us choose the best one. He never pressured us to buy, but was very patient all along. He is super kid friendly and gave us the best price on our bed room set. I'll strongly recommend him to everyone.

Ordered an L shaped couch in Mid December, we really loved it so we decided to wait the three weeks for delivery (it was during the holidays.) Alas, our couches arrived only they didn't fit into our stairway to get into our apartment, they charged us $90 to disassemble it. The part of the couch that was able to fit was brought up. Waited again for delivery....... and the same issue happened. They didn't disassemble it properly. They refunded us our $90 and today is when the other half of our couch is supposed to be here. They don't give you a time estimate, so I guess you're expected to just sit home all day. Sales guy was great! I love the furniture at ashleys but if I ever order from here again, I will request that the furniture be disassembled and pick it up myself. So frustrating, almost two months with no couches!
