Needed to get a prescription glasses to mainly correct double vision I recently started having. Went thru every test possible and was written a prescription for corrective glasses. During my visit with Rupali Mistry OD, I continuously said my main problem was the double vision (regular cheap readers still worked fine for reading or everyday vision), she seemed to understand this I kept repeating it. When I had the glasses made the prescription had nothing written in the area "prism", which is the part on the prescription where the correction numbers should be for correcting double vision. So basically I wasted my time and money for prescription glasses that did nothing to correct the double vision. I now have to go back to her and tell her in detail why I came to her in the first place and get a new prescription for my real problem and then get the optics retailer make the glasses I purchased remade with a new prescription that will correct the double vision.
