HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Ordered flowers for a loved one, spent over 800$$, got to funeral home with immediate family and they were NOT THERE. Called and the owner/manager was extremely rude. No apology. When I said we spent nearly $1000 on flowers, where were they, the first thing she said was, "First of all, you didn't spent $1000"...really? how about the first thing is we are so, so sorry; she didn't say anything like that. And, with four pieces purchased by the family and extended family, the total bill for us was indeed !000. How dare the first words out of her mouth be to correct me on the phone as to how much we spent (as if it weren't enough?) and didn't even have one piece completed yet. Said that their records said it started at 4...well that was the viewing in the next room, our record/receipt said TWO pm. Not even sorry about their mix up, and had a huge attitude when we called them. Never ever ever use these unprofessional and rude people. We didn't need that stress when going to view our young nephew in a funeral home.
