New location, seems a little larger, sat in small room with a very small table, not big enough for 4 people. Definitely need more help than 2 waitresses , and had to get up twice to remind waitress for items she forgot to bring. Old location ran a lot smoother

I have been here numerous times and nary a bad evening. Service was always thoughtful and prompt food up to my Germanic standards and a nice selection of beers. The price range is very affordable.

Hi went to the The Village Lanterne last Sunday first time there very upset with the food possibly just a bad night.My husband had a veal dish soggy very tough almost as if it was in a steamer to keep warm before serving it. I I got sauerbraten not bad dumplings rubbery ordered potato pancakes hard again not edible. The manager heard us talking asked the problem we told her and she said she would take care of ot she gave us a bag as we were leaving got home she solved our terrile expierence with two sausages and a roll thats all I have to say to think we were very excited to go here NOT
