I was rescheduled for an appt I booked due to an emergency. I was asked to come in the following day at 3pm. Before heading out I contacted the stylist to ensure she would be ready for me. She asked to push my time back for 3rd time at this point.



I was accommodating when she pushed it to 5pm. I arrive at 430 to ensure my appt. was set. When I arrive she informs me that she would not be able to do my hair for 3 hrs because she "forgot" she overbooked herself.



I asked why the appt. today trump mines if I had an appt. All she could tell me was "you can come back tomorrow or wait"



GREAT hospitality! I don't understand how you treat a first time client in the way she did. I did not receive an apology, still paid for the service after waiting 4 hours before someone could even do my hair.



If customer service is not important to you then by all means take your chances. BUT NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 4 HRS AFTER THEIR APPT. TO GET THEIR HAIR DONE!!!
