My daughter has had two different coaches at All American and both of them have been such a great fit for her. She had Miss Nola for about 2 years and loved going to class everyday! Miss Nola was always so attentive to areas she struggled and made those her strengths! She just barely moved up a level and her new coach, although I can't remember her name, is just as caring and awesome! I wish angry people weren't the only ones to write reviews because we love All American Gymnastics!

Terribly rude front office staff. RUDE RUDE RUDE coach named Nola. Heaven only knows why they would put that woman with the youngest children attending gymnastics.

I thought maybe the reviews were wrong, but I just took my daughter out. The new teacher she is going to is surprised she had been to aag for so long and hadn't learned the basics. Way too expensive. The people at the front desk are NOT nice if there is a problem. There are at least three places nearby that do a much better job and are much less expensive.

Don't put your kids in gymnastics here

This is by far the worst facility to take gymnastics at. My daughter loves gymnastics and was hated going every week due to her teacher treating her badly. Then we asked to move to a different tumbling class and they wanted us to pay on top of the tuition we already paid. You must pay in the month ahead so we let them know before the next month and they said that they didn't care that we already paid for the class she was in but thar they wanted us to pay double. What a bad experience and this place is a greedy joke. If you ignore this and sign up you kids you will get to regret that decision.

I've taken my daughter to a few gymnastics facilities but I've never been treated as bad anywhere else as I was when I went to All American Gymnastics in Lindon, Utah the other day. The blonde, young girl at the front desk was rude and extremely unprofessional. When I entered I was not immediately greeted and when she saw me she said in a condescending voice..."What do you need?". I said I was there for an evaluation tryout. She hastily threw a stack of documents to me to fill out and instructed me to go upstairs. When I reviewed the documents I told her that I refused to give her my personal information, DOB, bank information...since I was only there for an evaluation. She chided back "YOU MUST FILL IT ALL OUT OR YOU CAN'T STAY". I was shocked to be treated like this and asked for the owner or manager. The manager was nice to me and was helpful. However, when I went upstairs and came back I caught the blonde girl snickering and gossiping with others at the front desk about me. UNACCEPTABLE! I'll take my money and child and go elsewhere. And I suggest every else do the same.

I have 2 girls that took gymnastics for a total of 10 years. We were at a total of 3 gyms over those years and spent the last 8 years at AAG. The coaching and caring they gave my girls was amazing. The technique and coaching syle taught to my girls made them succesful and winning gymnasts. When my oldest had to quit it was very upsetting but I knew that she was taught life lessons that taught her a hard work ethic.

My two kids Go to this gym and we love it!!! My son (5) takes the preschool and a gym class two days a week. My Daughter (2 1\2) takes class two days a week and they look forward to it, and Love the coaches. We SIGNED up and agreed to the contract that we were given. We READ the contract and agreed to give a two weeks notice for any cancellations. I understand that some people don't read everything they sign, but they should!!! These bad reviews are not correct, they are trying to swindle the Gym out of the money that they agreed to pay. I'm going to just come out and say it... these bad reviews are wrong and from people that are trying to get out of a contract they signed and didn't read. All American Gymnastics staff is amazing and friendly and so down to earth. Oh and just so the Bad review people know the Manager had cancer and died this last year and they have had a hard time replacing her. They now have a wonderful new manager and she is really helpful and friendly. So it just goes to say that you don't know what is going on behind the scenes and you should have a little more understanding of what is going on in other peoples lives.

This was the absolute worst gymnastics facility I have ever been to. The teacher were awful. The staff was awful. Really, I can't think of one redeeming quality that they had. If I could have chosen zero stars, that's definitely the review I would have chosen.

Not only were the very rude to my two year old (you read that right! They were rude to a TWO YEAR OLD), the management was also horrible. When I tried to talk to them about my concerns (teacher was horrible with my two year old, remember?) they tried to brush it off and say that my daughter just wasn't cut our for gymnastics (just, again, reminding you she is two right here)... Then, they proceeded to charge my card for $64.00 since she came to one class (which we were told was a FREE CLASS).

Really, I would beware of taking your child here. Maybe a teenager could handle it there, but if you are thinking of enrolling a little child for fun--RUN the other way. There are so many other gymnastic gyms around here that will not only be honest (their free class will actually be free, crazy, right!?), but they will treat your child age appropriate.

I really wish this place would have worked out better. I took my kids to AAG for the better part of a year and they STILL can't do cartwheels. Not saying it's all AAG's fault. But they have very poor communication. As a parent, I couldn't really talk to the coaches because they're always off to another class. So I tried emailing them and didn't get a response back. There are some great coaches and then there are some really stuck up ones (and those were some of the older lady coaches). For some reason, I guess I wasn't rich enough for them to give me the time of day. I never knew how my kids were progressing - they would give this sheet every few weeks that I couldn't make heads or tales out of and that was it. And don't even get me started on the one little "meet" they did. It was chaos! There was absolutely no organization as to where to go to sit so you could see your kids. In a nutshell, it was just ok. Poor communication between coaches and parents and no organization. And I hated that they change the whole schedule for summer to morning only classes. Also, I don't think a sign on the front door saying there will be no class next week works. I don't always look at all the crap taped on the door when I'm dodging kids running in and out. They have a great facility with great equipment - they just need to step up their service.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM! All they care about is getting your money, nothing else. The customer service... wait, there is no customer service. The front desk gatekeepers treat you like trash and they will all give you a different answer. No one really knows what is going on there and the manager has asked them to not give out her information. So caring, right?!

STAY AWAY - HORRIBLE!!

STAY AWAY!! This is the worst gymnastic facility I have ever been to. They were rude & snooty. The teachers are bratty and have horrible tones to their voices (bossy, etc) My little girl is only 3 years old and after taking her here for 2 months I cancelled after I noticed the teacher grabbing her arm twice. I tried to talk to the "manager" about it but she didn't care, no apology...nothing. I will be watching my bank account too, after I read the other reviews. They are overpriced. This isn't junior olympics...I don't know who they think they are. Horrible location, right after the train tracks...get a life.
