Terrible Service for Business Banking. Chase bank has been auto-debiting $9.95/month since January of 2010 in addition to their $12.00/month 'Service Fee'. I have requested to seize their auto-debit , however, years later the fees continued on my Business Account. I visited this branch, and contacted Customer Service each month for 3 years, to make them aware of their fees. They were unable to help since their system didn't show what it was for, so I requested to close my account. The representative got defensive and said I would have to come in another day as I had a pending transaction crediting my bank. He refused to make an exception as what I deposited was cash;not checks and my account would reflect a higher balance immediately. I soon discovered that Chase had an error with this fee with a Quicken integration, but they have continuously refused to assist me.

RUN FROM THIS BANK> TERRIBLE SERVICE & HIDDEN FEES. this is just one of many instances where Chase has created billing issues by switching when Cash deposits will post, to accommodate higher fees.
