I assume it was Jean who answered the phone. She is hateful and extremely rude. She even hung up on me! Do not use this florist. Go to Alex or Maysville. Her doors should be closed and if enough people go elsewhere, they will be closed. My order was never filled for a funeral.

Very rude. Don't expect your flowers to be sent on the day you request. And don't expect anyone there to care. Lady was extremely rude and even hung up on me. Don't not use this florist.

This lady needs to close her doors. Very rude! The first order placed and delivered was not even close to what I asked for. The lady would not stop talking or interrupting me when I tried to explain what I needed. This business is not worth the hassle. I used the florist in Alex and she was so kind, listened and I got exactly what I asked for and more. Again, don't waste your time and energy on this business. Her doors need to be shut. Learn some people skills/phone etiquette/customer service.

I can't believe the insensitivity of this florist. Despite how busy they may have been, when I called to ask for a funeral arrangement, I certainly wouldn't expect to be laughed at. The lady taking the order then complained about having to work late to make all of the arrangements requested for this funeral and then stated that the arrangement I was requesting was the hardest to make and therefore would be the very last made! Unfortunately this was the only florist to be found in the small town where the funeral was being held. Fortunately, there is such a thing as an internet and I was able to send the flowers through an online florist. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS FLORIST!
