Just bought our very first RV *today* from Quality RV. We drove from Northwest Arkansas to Linn Creek, MO for the exact model travel trailer we wanted at the least expensive price (no hidden costs) from the people we spoke to who had clearly the highest level of customer service. SO thrilled we did! From the minute we walked in nicest people ever and ZACK was amazing showing us fools how to do EVERYTHING on this RV. Rob was fab installing our brake controller and Jean in finance was extremely efficient. No sales pitches, no upselling, simply frank honest advice and guidance. THANK YOU to this family-run business ����

Do not go during anytime when the finance lady (gene) is running the department she has no idea how to sell a trailer only how to run the finance section of it. She sold the trailer right out from underneath us and lied about what was said to her boss and when i confronted her manager (mike) about it he told us that she had been there long enough that he believes her over the customer. I went there due to my brother buying a trailer and had nothing but a good experience but dealt with a Salesman and not her. Bottom line do not trust what she says.

Couldn't ask for a better place to shop and get service work very impressed with there parts selection!!!

We bought a few campers here and so has our family. This place is by far the best around. Best prices we could find and top notch customer service.

They are the only RV center in the area so your screwed. We contacted them 3 weeks ago when the batteries failed on our diesel pusher. They were too busy to come out until around the 4th of July. On the 2nd of July their service man, Justin, contacted us wanting us to send them pictures of our bus batters and pretty much asking us to self diagnose the problem. We are not RV repair people. That's why we called them. We called several times and even went into their show room 3 times. My wife and are are cardiac patients and can't handle the heat and humidity here. A week ago we lost all power, AC, etc. It was in the 90's with high humidity. Kept getting excuses why they couldn't come out. Yesterday we had to call an RV repairman 90 minutes away. When we explained our heart conditions he drove out IMMEDIATELY and fixed the problem in an hour. It cost us a chunk, nearly $4100.00 dollars, however, it was money well spent with him and NOT Quality RV.Quality RV should change it's name to: "Quality RV if your buying an RV from us but our service SUCKS!"

Amazing. We were involved in a last minute move and our horse trailer broke down on the highway. We got it to Quality RV and they got it in right at the last minute, put a ton of guys on it, fixed it and all was good. Very profession. Amazing service.

I bought a camper here and can't be happier. Every aspect of my purchase was very pleasant and the people are easy going. I also got my Jayco for close to $5,000 less than the next closest dealer. Do yourself a favor and buy from these guys.

I bought my camper here and love it!!! The service is great and the people are great to work with. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal.
