Very nice building great employees they did a good job on my car and have in the past on a company truck for me. Idk what the other guy experienced but these guys are amazing.

I called Pomp's in Lino Lakes to see if they had my size of RV tire in stock, they did not. However, Jeremy said I can order them and they will be here within a day or two. Jeremy kept me informed when the tires got there and I went in the next day. Old tires removed and Josh showed me that the inside dual had a screw in it and that the air valve was not good. Josh had the tires mounted and back on within about an hour and I was on my way. I read the other reviews and I sure did not see the basis of their complaints happening. I will return again as I needed to replace the remaining tires. Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

Bad location, and bad attitudes. The equipment they use is very outdated. Don't use the bathroom with out using rubber gloves. No one looks like they enjoy there job. I gave you guys one last chance to impress me. I miss the old location and staff, these people need an attitude adjustment. Hey does anyone know where / what company the old alignment techs went to ( BJ & Bubba), I miss there on the truck balancing, and expert knowledge on tire wear.

With the wintery weather this year I have been having troubles getting around. I was sure I needed tires, so I went in to have new ones put on. To my surprise I didn't need new tires, and the bigger suprise was they were honest and did not try to take advantage of me. I had 3/4 tread left on my tires. I was told why based on the type of tire I had, why I was having issues. The friendly staff at the counter gave me different options in regular, snow and ice tires but left it up to me. I did not have any service done but I know for sure where I will go from now on for all my tire needs.

I have been going to the competition for years. When I needed a tire at 3 am, they woud not come out. To my suprise Pomps had me up and running within no time. Since then I now have all my work done there. - The alignment tech has the latest equipment and knows his stuff. He was able to explain it to me so I understood it. - As far as the service, I have never seen a truck tire changed so fast. They had me in and out in no time. They hand torque which I had never seen done at any other shop. If you need any tire work, new, used or repairs this is the place I trust. These people seem genuine and honest.

Don't judge it by the out side, it looks good from a distance. Get in the place and and wow, dirty entry, dirty batroom, dirty mouths. No one seems happy there, the service manager seems upset. The workers there look like throwbacks from the caveman era. I was told they did great work but I have not seen it. I had some tires put on my hubbys truck and it took at least two hours, they do not take appointments witch was not good since I was late taking our son to hockey practice. I give them a big thumbs down, go to Discount Tire a few blocks away.
