Took vehicle there for a leaking transmission and after going back there three times because it still leaks. Get the vehicle home and checked the garage floor and still puddles of transmission fluid. No more going back to that place.

The first time I brought my vehicle here I knew I would be a customer for life. Not only do they work around your schedule but they are very genuine people. Other places tell me that I need multiple things fixed that are completely unnecessary, at Sadders they told me what needed to be fixed now, and what wasn't as big of a deal to fix. Very reasonable price and VERY personal (which is hard to find with automotive shops).

This was the worst auto repair experience ever, didn't call customer to ask permession to replace parts just replaced them,totally unorganized no time tables,left the vehicle a mess,botched a simple tune-up,broke parts on vehicle,did not put engine parts back together,nice guy and will work on vehicle,it took 4 days to find problem.Van needs repair on tune-up he did but i will not return,even a simple tune-up went bad.
