Provided by YP.comI found some old film and called about 20 different places to find someone who could develop it. I hesitated to call Advanced Imaging because of the bad review, but I'm glad I did. They couldn't actually develop the film, but Neil was very nice and took the time to help me figure out what kind of film it was and refer me to a place that could develop it. Thanks for the help Neil! I'm going to keep AI in mind for any future photo related needs.

Provided by YP.comI had the unfortunate experience dealing with this lab for a few years while living in Chicago. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with running a business. Yes, the quality is great, but at the price they charge and the terrible attitude you have to deal with to belong to their little 'club' it's not worth the headache. Find someone else who actually appreciates your business.
ja1234, I'm not sure who you are, but would like to know the situation that you are referring to. While this post was just bought to my attention today, I still feel that it be important to respond back to you. While in business for over 16 years to the professional, sometimes there have been some errors that we have made, but always made good. Perhaps there is a little bit more to this than what you have posted and not shared with me. Please feel free to contact me so I can understand the needs that I had missed with you.
