Child and Family Connections, also known as CFC, is a program that provides a range of referral and early intervention services for children. It offers various services in the areas of family training, psychological counseling, health consultation, developmental screening, assistive technology, nutrition, transportation, and occupational and physical therapy. The program also offers information assistance for parents regarding their rights under federal and state laws. Child and Family Connections is administered by PACT, which is a nonprofit organization that offers a variety of case coordination services for developmentally disabled individuals throughout the state of Illinois. Founded in 1981, PACT provides various services, including therapeutic recreation, case management, vocational, developmental training, administration, accounting and special education. The organization maintains a presence in Lombard, Ill.
