Jim is a fantastic business owner and truly provides great service. I would recommend them to anyone!

After a year of dealing with him to come out and correct a job he destroyed... threading him with a lawyer... then him telling me he wasn't afraid of our lawyer because he has clients that were lawyers... he finally came back out again... said he finished the job and there his a patch that was never sealed.. right in the middle of the patio. He pretends he is awesome... and then talks behind clients backs. He is a horrible person as well as a business man. His work is horrible. Everything. Don't do it. Please don't do it. He also overcharges for work.

Hardscape inc is great at taking your money, but if you have any kind of issue, Jim is non responsive. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. He's great at selling a job but run for the hills if you expect maintenance or service after the initial job. Forget about any warranty on workmanship you'll never hear from him again. Would never use or recommend or him again.
