Although initially my experience was very good, It did not end so.

Let me be clear. The product I chose from Eldorado Stone was beautiful and my stone veneer facing does look beautiful after it was installed.

Both my contractor and measured very carefully. I presented these measurements to Becky who was very helpful throughout the ordering and delivery process. Her customer service was great!

My disappointment came after I realized how much material was left over after the job was completed. I am not pleased as this material was certainly not cheap. There was at least 30 percent more material than was necessary! And 30 percent more cost that I was responsible for despite the fact that I did everything correctly. The Stone Centers owner was not even willing to take the unopened boxes back. I would have thought in the interest of customer service, some sort of credit would have been in order as an establishment that sells stone would obviously have a way better chance of selling the product than me.

Further, the manufacturer was not willing to take the material back either.

Bad customer service policies always result in bad feelings. Unfortunately, this store has lost my business forever.
