I went to this facility as just another stop on the road. But, Tori made our stop more than just an original stop. I have a broken arm and ordered a salad with ranch and Italian dressing. Their dressings come in packets. When I went to pick up the packet to open it Tori said "would you like me to open that for you?" The fact that she noticed I had a broken arm and offered to open the packets for me just amazes me and I appreciate that. It's really the little things that matter. Thank you Tori for making my day and reaching out to help me.
