Called for quote with no answer at first. Barry is, right now, a one-man business with no assistant to answer the phone. Just be patient and if you don't hear from him in a day or so, call again, tell him it's the second message you've left, and he'll call you. Small Maine businesses tend to be this way. Once he found out what I wanted, we communicated a plan and that plan has worked! He's a great guy just trying to do what he can to grow his business!

No one is ever available to answer the phone when calling the company. It takes days and most times multiple phone calls before a call back. This is the 5th month in a row I have had to call because they aren't emptying the dumpster. The driver always claims there is a car in the way. We have parked out of the way since the first time he gave that excuse.
