AAAAA-Superior. I rate Gecko Electric as superior in all areas. Gecko Electric is professional, neat, prompt, and experienced. Tom, owner of Gecko, installed a 220 outlet and 3 dedicated circuits and I’m thrilled with the service and cost, which was half the price quoted by competitor TAP & Sons Electric. I called Gecko after buying an Angie’s Big Deal voucher for 2hrs of electrical work from TAP Electric. TAP’s worker spent most of the time calculating an overpriced estimate of $1700, which I declined. The Angie’s List voucher was a complete waste of money since estimates are provided for free. I called TAP’s owner who confirmed the quote was correct but was not given a refund. I issued a negative review of TAP who replied with false claims such as doing work for me at their expense in the upstairs of my home. Since my home is a single level, TAP’s bogus response should be disregarded and Angie’s List should adjust TAP’s ratings. My advice-call Gecko. KathrynSmith.phoenix@gmail.com
