I like it when I find companies that make it easy for me to use them. I went to the booking page on the website, it was easy to fill out and after I sent it off I get a Text from the dispatcher confirming my order for the next day. Easy and I didn't have to stop chewing my breakfast while I booked

I ran out of gas late last night, had no gas can or money on me. I was only 2 miles from home but at 4am I was tired and the thought of a long walk home to get cash, then to get gas and back to the car was more then I could handle. I started calling all the cab companies near me and was hung up on at most of them until Eric at Phoenix Taxi picked up. He sounded a little tired but as soon as I told him my situation he told me he was already heading my way. I had asked to be picked up and taken home so I could get the cash needed to pay for the whole ordeal but when Eric got to me he jumped out of his cab gas can in hand and emptied it into my tank. I told him to follow me home and I would pay him for his time but he handed me his card instead and told me if I wanted to cover the gas and can (he gave to me for the next time lol) I could give him a call after some sleep. They gained a rider for life

My driver last night not only got me home but gave me his extra shirt so my wife wouldn't know I was as drunk as I was, how about that a great ride and the shirt off there back :) (shirt didn't fool the wife she could tell) thanks guys for getting me home safe

I spent the last three weeks in the phoenix valley and I took cabs everywhere. This is the only company I found to be reliable. Thanks guys

I broke down on the I-10 and was still over 100 miles from Phoenix. I called Phoenix taxi and they drove out to me and helped me get my car towed as we made our way to the Airport. I didn't miss my flight and I will never call another cab company. These guys really went all out. I would tell anyone needing a cab that these guys are the best

My driver was great, I hate computers but I needed to do something in return for these boys. class act they are. Thanks Guys I really enjoyed meeting y'all.

I waited for 2 hours for my cab then I called in more then a little angry, that's when I was very kindly informed that my cab would be on time as always Monday morning. Well its not here sir I barked at the phone. True true he says to me...... and ah its Sunday morning. I have never hung upa phone so fast :) and as always Monday came and so did my cab

I've had a hard time in the past getting a cab to my house in Surprise. I have to go to Sky Harbor once a week for work and really hate driving during rush hour. I book my rides on the website and thats the last I think about it. It's nice to know I will have a cab in front of my house when I walk out the door. They have given me a good flat price and so far have the lowest rates I've seen. Thanks for always being there.

I called twice this week and both times they came on time and got me to scottsdale from goodyear without breaking my budget. But the reason I felt led to review this company has to do with my phone. I left my new Iphone in the last cab I took and as I was freaking out at home my driver knocked on my door phone in hand. "Forget something" he said with a smile. Thanks y'all

Great and very reliable company. I will be calling them everytime i am in Goodyear or Phoenix

I spent the last two weeks in the Phoenix valley, I was put up in Goodyear at a nice Hotel but I was working every day in Scottsdale. I got online to look into rental cars and after seeing the cost started looking into other options, I decided I would call a cab and search more while eating. The cab was very clean and got to me a lot faster then I thought it would. As we drove I talked with the driver about my problem and he had a few good ideas but the best was a discount flat rate he offered me if I was willing to go in 45 min early so we could beat the morning rush. I chose that option and became very thankful for it. What a great company! Every day they were on time and made my two week a joy instead of a headache.Thanks Guys :) see you in five weeks

Great Driver, clean cab, best price I found in the valley

Loved my driver, loaded my bag for me and showed up on time. Cab was clean and the rates were good. I booked 4 weeks ago and they called and confirmed the day before my pick up. Best ride to the Airport I've had. I will use this again
