They will do everything in their power to not honor return policy. AVOID THEM! They even appointed me to a different store to resolve issue when I purchased item in THIS store!

The service in the store is horrible and I am not shure and hate to say it but think it might be a race issue, I check the hours of the store before I left my house and it says on the autozone website the store is open till 10:00pm, I got to the store at 9:16pm the store is open I walk in the music is on play rap and the guy working is in front of the counter dancing, the other guy was counting money in one of the draws, I walk over to the counter and asked to return a.loaner tool I had and to get something else,the guy that was dancing told me the shut down the comp uters and cant do anymore transactions I have to come back in the morning I then asked arent you open till 10 he replied that they are open till 10 but the draws are all closed.out so they cant do any transactions I said you are open for more than 40 more min. He refused to assist me I was in the parking lot writing an email to customer service and another customer walked in at 9:31pm and the served him, I then felt its because I was white I can not see any other reason for it. I have never seen the guys in the store before and was not rude at all they just refused to help me for no reason. I will no longer use this store and suggest you do the same
