I recently visited this location to find a vehicle for my son who is finally able to take his car on campus when he goes back to school in January. I just wanted to look around but a salesman gave me much more than I came for. His name was Ro Hairston and he was the most knowledgable and friendly person I had ever dealt with when purchasing anything. Thanks to him, I now know exactly what I want to purchase for my son in December and I know where and from whom I will make this purchase. Although I didn't make the purchase on that day, Ro Hairston gets an A+ in my book and he will be seeing me again. I will also let all of my friends know that this is the place to go as well when they are in the car buying mood. Thanks a lot! He is what all sales persons should be like.

I had a very good experience at this dealership, every one was nice and courteous. They didn't have the exact car i wanted in stock and because it was Saturday and late they let me drive a loaner for the weekend , not just a loaner but a brand new car from the lot. Very helpful and was able to answer my questions before I asked them. Great customer service and as a sales rep myself, he had me sold. The thing that won us was that VW team as a whole were not pushy and valued honesty as a part of their relationship with the customer. I'm very excited!!!

My experience with Heritage VW was excellent.  After an exchange of emails with Joe Brock I agreed to come in for a test drive.  I arrived at 5pm and by 630pm I was out the door with my future vehicle. I was able to keep it for 24 hours and then completed the transactions the next day.  Joe and everyone were very helpful.
